Fire at Little Somerford

Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service are attending a large fire at a property in Little Somerford. 6 pumping appliances, a damage control unit, and an incident command vehicle are dealing with a severe fire in the rear wing of the property. 1 main jet, 2 high pressure hose reels, and 8 breathing apparatus wearers were used to bring the fire under control. Crews are working from the roof to ventilate the property, thermal imaging cameras are being used to check for any possible fire spread. Salvage operations are being carried out to prevent any further damage. Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service will be remaining on scene for some time.
